Ranked and Ready started with a simple observation: people want to be active, but the planning gets in the way. Group texts, scattered DMs, no-shows, court scheduling, scorekeeping on the back of a napkin — the friction adds up, and eventually you stop showing up.

So we're building the opposite of that. A friendlier way to run leagues, pickup nights, and tournaments — one that takes the busywork out of organizing so the only thing left is the playing.

What we're building

We started with volleyball because that's what we know. Our tournament tool handles pool play, brackets, and standings without spreadsheets. Coming soon: a league mode for season-long play, SMS updates so your players actually know when and where to show up, and a place for organizers to bring their own brand.
